Professional Biography
Xiaoyue Fan obtained her Bachelor's (2021) and Master's degree in Plant Protection (2024) from Shandong Agricultural University, completing her Master's as a joint student with the Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is now a PhD student in Dr. Wang's lab at the University of Kentucky, researching the genetic basis underlying osmoregulation in desert-adapted Drosophila species.
