Professional Biography
In my lab we research insect ecology and sustainable pest management in urban trees, shrubs, and turfgrass. Current projects seek to determine how insect predators and parasitoids can be conserved to manage scale insects in urban trees as well as the impact of scales on urban tree health. We are also studying the phenology and overwintering biology of annual bluegrass weevil on golf courses in central Kentucky. Please see my lab website for additional details on current projects.
